2.1 The Framework of Global Intermediation
Accessing solangiglobalservices.site constitutes a binding legal agreement to the “Global Integration Accord.” This document governs the usage of our API-based digital service platform for international service aggregation. By utilizing our “Global Node,” the Client Business agrees to maintain the highest standards of digital security and professional conduct.
2.2 Global API Integrity & Client Obligations
- Credential Sovereignty: The Client is exclusively responsible for the security of their Global API Keys. Any cross-border request initiated through these keys is considered a legally authorized action of the Client Business.
- International Rate-Limiting: To maintain system stability across our global nodes, Solangi Global Services enforces dynamic rate-limiting. Attempting to bypass these limits via distributed bursts is a violation of the Accord.
- Third-Party Origin Liability: As an API-based digital service platform, Solangi Global Services is an intermediary. We are not liable for the downtime or functional failure of third-party international providers (e.g., international banks or global shipping carriers). We guarantee the “Global Link,” not the “Local Outcome.”
2.3 Systemic Resilience & The “Uptime” Protocol
Solangi Global Services maintains a 99.9% Global Uptime Guarantee, supported by redundant server nodes in multiple geographic regions. The “Risk of Connection Loss” is mitigated through automated global rerouting. We maintain a “Verified-Handshake” protocol for every international call, providing transparent status codes for global troubleshooting.
