Return & Refund Policy

3.1 The “SolangiGlobal” Assurance of Performance

In international B2B infrastructure, performance is the only metric that matters. Our “Global Continuity Covenant” ensures that your international integrations remain active and efficient. Given the digital and intangible nature of our API-based services, we operate a performance-centric credit system.

3.2 Verification of Global Service Usage

  • Subscription & Credit Window: For “Change of Intent,” we offer a 7-day refund window for unused credit balances or subscription tiers, provided no international API calls have been routed through the production environment.
  • The “Execution” Rule: Once an API call is successfully routed through our global node and a response is received from the destination service, the transaction fee or credit usage is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the success of the underlying business transaction.

3.3 International System Failure Protocol

  • Node Outage Credits: In the event of a documented outage of the Solangi Global platform exceeding our SLA, we issue Global System Credits to the Client’s enterprise wallet. These credits are calculated based on the duration of the impact on your specific regional traffic.
  • Technical Dispute Window: Discrepancies in international billing or failed call logs must be reported via the Global Technical Desk within 24 hours, accompanied by the relevant “Global Trace-ID.”
  • Refund Logic: Cash refunds are reserved for permanent service termination due to platform negligence. Our priority is the restoration of service and the “Continuity of the Global Link.”
